Antioxidant Bliss Balls



There is no refined sugar or added ingredients in these antioxidant-rich bliss balls. They are full of healthy foods. You can eat them as a snack or dessert and feel full and energized!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup mixed nuts such as almonds, walnuts, and cashews
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

In a food processor, blend dates and mixed nuts until they form a sticky dough-like consistency

Add cacao powder, shredded coconut, chia seeds, hemp seeds, vanilla extract, and sea salt

Blend until well combined

Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands

Optional: Roll the balls in additional shredded coconut or cacao powder for coating

Place the bliss balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week
