Beet and Kohlrabi Greens Chips - The Paleo Mom
Indulge in the delightful crunch of these homemade beet and kohlrabi greens chips! Packed with nutrients and flavor, these Paleo-friendly chips make for a satisfying snack or a unique side dish.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups beet greens, washed and dried
- 4 cups kohlrabi greens, washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- Sea salt to taste
Instructions:
Set oven temperature to 275F/135C
Take off the stems from the kohlrabi and beet greens, and shred the leaves into small pieces
Toss greens with avocado oil in a big bowl until well coated
Arrange the greens on parchment paper-lined baking sheets in a single layer
Add a little sea salt to the greens
Bake the crisps for 25 to 30 minutes, turning the baking sheets halfway through
Before serving, remove from oven and allow to cool slightly
Savor these nutrient-dense, crispy chips as a tasty snack or side dish!
