Easy Choc Chip Peanut Butter Muffins



These Easy Choc Chip Peanut Butter Muffins are a delightful treat that combines the richness of peanut butter with the sweetness of chocolate chips. They are quick and simple to make, making them perfect for a quick snack or breakfast on the go.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C

Put grease in a muffin tin or use paper liners to line it

Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl

Put the peanut butter, milk, vegetable oil, and egg in a different bowl and mix them together well

Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until they are just mixed

Be careful not to mix too much

Mix the chocolate chips in slowly

Fill up each muffin tin cup about two thirds of the way to the top with batter

In a hot oven, bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

Take the muffins out of the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes

Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely
