Keto Baked Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese optional
  • 1/4 cup sour cream optional
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish optional

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

Put the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix them together

Spread olive oil on the chicken breasts and put them in a baking dish

Spread the seasoning mix out on the chicken breasts and rub it in so it covers them all

Lay the onion and bell pepper slices around the chicken breasts in the baking dish

Put it in an oven that has already been heated up and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is done and the vegetables are soft

During the last few minutes of baking, you can add shredded cheddar cheese to the chicken and vegetables and let it melt if you want to
