Yogurt-Marinated Chicken

This recipe for Yogurt-Marinated Chicken is a tasty and healthy way to cook chicken. Adding yogurt to the chicken keeps it moist and tender, and it gives your meal a tangy and tasty twist.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cut up the garlic and ginger and put them in a bowl

Add the lemon juice, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper

Put the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again, and pour the yogurt marinade over them

To marinate the chicken, close the bag or cover the dish and put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or better yet, overnight

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Take the chicken out of the marinade and shake off any extra yogurt

As long as the chicken is cooked all the way through and has nice grill marks, it's done

After taking the chicken off the grill, let it rest for a few minutes

Then, cut it into thin strips

Serve the chicken that has been marinated in yogurt with your favorite sides and enjoy!
