The Best Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins about 1
- 5 lbs each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400F 200C
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, dried rosemary, and dried thyme
Season the pork tenderloins with salt and pepper
Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat
Sear the pork tenderloins on all sides until browned
Pour the prepared sauce over the pork tenderloins in the skillet
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for about 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C
Baste the pork with the sauce halfway through the cooking time
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing
Slice the pork and drizzle with the remaining sauce from the skillet
