Triple Thick Pork Chops BBQ

Ingredients:
- 3 Porterhouse pork chops, triple thick
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder to create the marinade
