Unicorn Marshmallow Pops

Create these whimsical unicorn marshmallow pops for a magical and delicious treat. Perfect for birthdays and celebrations!

Ingredients:

• 1 package of cake mix
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup rainbow sprinkles
• 1 package of marshmallows
• 1 package of candy melts assorted colors
• Edible gold stars
• Lollipop sticks

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until well combined

Stir in rainbow sprinkles

Pour batter into a greased and floured cake pop mold

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Let cake pops cool completely

Insert lollipop sticks into marshmallows

Melt candy melts in different colors according to package instructions

Dip each marshmallow into the melted candy, coating it completely

Place coated marshmallows on a parchment paper-lined tray

Sprinkle with edible gold stars while the candy is still wet

Allow candy coating to set

Once cake pops are cooled, insert the marshmallow pops into them
