Avocado Wasabi Deviled Eggs
These Avocado Wasabi Deviled Eggs are a spooky and delicious twist on a classic appetizer. Creamy avocado and spicy wasabi combine with traditional deviled egg ingredients for a flavorful and keto-friendly Halloween treat!
Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 teaspoons wasabi paste
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped chives for garnish optional
Instructions:
Hard-boiled eggs should be peeled and cut in half
Take the egg yolks out and put them in a bowl
To the same bowl, add the wasabi paste, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper
Also add the ripe avocado
Mix and mash the ingredients together until they are smooth
It's possible to spoon or pipe the avocado-wasabi mix into the egg white halves
Add chopped chives as a garnish if you want
Chill until you're ready to serve
